2022年7月31日-8月5日，第18屆國際光合作用研究大會(huì)（ISPR2022）在新西蘭的DUNEDIN召開。會(huì)議采用線下和線上兩種形式，注冊的虛擬參會(huì)者可以登錄OnAir 平臺參加虛擬大會(huì)。

本次大會(huì)的主題是Photosynthesis Research - Fundamental and Applied Science for Energy and Food Security。根據(jù)日程，本次大會(huì)共設(shè)立18個(gè)討論專題，分別是1.Electron and Proton Transfer in Photosynthesis，光合作用電子和質(zhì)子傳遞；2.Rubisco and Photorespiration，Rubisco和光呼吸；3.Regulation of Electron Transfer and Alternative Electron Transport Pathways，電子傳遞調(diào)節(jié)和替代電子傳遞途徑；4.Multiscale Modelling of Photosynthesis，光合作用的多尺度建模；5.Membrane Ultrastructure and Dynamics，光合膜超微結(jié)構(gòu)和動(dòng)力學(xué)；6.Leaf Anatomy and Photosynthetic Performance，葉片解剖與光合性能；7.Light Harvesting and its Regulation in Eukaryotic Systems，真核系統(tǒng)中的光捕獲及其調(diào)控；8.Regulation of Carbon Assimilation in C3 and C4 Systems，C3和C4系統(tǒng)中碳同化的調(diào)節(jié)；9.Reaction Centres: Structure and Function，光合作用反應(yīng)中心：結(jié)構(gòu)與功能；10.Ecophysiology and Biodiversity in Natural and Managed Systems，自然和管理系統(tǒng)中的生態(tài)生理學(xué)和生物多樣性；11.Synthetic Biology for Food, Fuel and Chemical Production，用于食品、燃料和化學(xué)品生產(chǎn)的合成生物學(xué)；12.Photosynthetic Phenomics and Crop Improvement，光合表型與作物改良；13.Light Harvesting and its Regulation in Prokaryotic Systems，原核系統(tǒng)中的光捕獲及其調(diào)控；14.Chloroplast Development and Assembly of the Photosynthetic Apparatus，光合機(jī)構(gòu)的裝配與葉綠體發(fā)育；15.The Tom Wydrzynski Water Oxidation Session，Tom Wydrzynski 水氧化課程，16.CO2 Diffusion, Transport and Concentration Mechanisms，CO2 擴(kuò)散、傳輸和濃縮機(jī)制；17.Evolution of Photosynthesis，光合作用的進(jìn)化；18.Acclimation of the Photosynthetic Apparatus光合作用機(jī)構(gòu)的馴化。

大會(huì)還頒發(fā)了CALVIN-BENSON AWARD，HILL AWARD，JAN ANDERSON AWARD，JALAL ALIYEV AWARD，分別由來自Princeton University的Martin Jonikas，Okayama University的Michi Suga，University of Basel的Benjamin Engel和來自University of Illinois的Donald R. Ort獲得，表彰他們在各自領(lǐng)域取得卓著成就。
