自人類基因組測序完成,越來越多的植物基因組也完成了測序,隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對基因組進(jìn)行解析成為制約植物研究發(fā)展的瓶頸。高通量植物表型技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為解決這一問題帶來了曙光,越來越多的研究員人員認(rèn)為植物表型技術(shù)結(jié)合基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、計算生物學(xué)等學(xué)科能極大地推動植物研究的發(fā)展。


在植物表型技術(shù)研究開展得如火如荼的今天,為了促進(jìn)中國、美國、歐洲等國家及地區(qū)表型研究專家之間的學(xué)術(shù)交流,探討育種中高效表型技術(shù)的研發(fā)、高質(zhì)量表型數(shù)據(jù)的獲取與處理,上海澤泉科技股份有限公司將于2017年4月26日至4月28日在上海舉辦Phenomatics Workshop 2017。大會的議題將會包括數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)和計算機(jī)科學(xué)在農(nóng)業(yè)生物領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用、數(shù)字表型研究、圖形圖像處理與分析、新算法開發(fā)等研究內(nèi)容。我們熱烈邀請國內(nèi)從事植物表型組學(xué)、植物功能基因組學(xué)、作物育種等領(lǐng)域的科研人員參加本次學(xué)術(shù)會議,進(jìn)行深度學(xué)術(shù)交流,共同探討植物表型組學(xué)的研究和發(fā)展。
