CI-700系列葉片光譜分析儀 CI-710S在CI-710的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了升級將UMPC與儀器整合。電池可隨時(shí)更換無需擔(dān)心電量不足問題;光譜范圍增加,功能更加強(qiáng)大可以非破壞性測量葉片的透射光、吸收光、反射光光譜。通過光譜可以定性或定量地研究葉片內(nèi)各組分葉綠素a或b、蛋白質(zhì)、糖、礦物質(zhì)等。直觀的光譜圖像和現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ),為植物葉片光合作用、植物遺傳特性、植物脅迫生理、植物病理等方面研究提供可靠的分析方法。
