表型組學(xué)是在基因組水平上系統(tǒng)研究生物或細胞在不同環(huán)境條件下所有表型的學(xué)科。近年來，隨著高通量植物表型測量技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，植物表型組學(xué)研究獲得快速發(fā)展。結(jié)合基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和大數(shù)據(jù)計算，植物表型組學(xué)將極大地促進功能基因組學(xué)和作物分子育種與高效栽培的進程。為了促進廣大科研工作者和育種家加深對植物表型組學(xué)和表型技術(shù)的深入了解，中國遺傳學(xué)會表型組學(xué)專業(yè)委員會、中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所定于2017年12月1-4日在北京召開全國植物表型組學(xué)研討會。會議將邀請國內(nèi)外表型組學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具有重要學(xué)術(shù)影響的專家學(xué)者進行學(xué)術(shù)報告。
此次會議的主題為：植物表型組學(xué)研究促進作物分子育種。會議將交流植物高通量表型測量技術(shù)、基因組學(xué)與表型組學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)研究、植物表型組學(xué)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的研究進展。希望通過此次會議促進植物表型組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究，整合有效資源，同時促進相關(guān)研究設(shè)施和平臺的建設(shè)。
作為大會協(xié)辦單位，乾菲諾攜手德國LemnaTec公司鼎力支持本次研討會，并安排有植物表型、生理生態(tài)、農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)講座及相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)展示。誠摯邀請您參加本次會議。
